How long??

I have two roosters for my flock of 28. I am wanting to do some selective breeding by separating one of my roosters with a couple of my hens. How long should the ones I want to breed be separated from the others to make sure the eggs are fertilized by the roo I want? They have all been running together so I want to make 100% sure the eggs I hatch are from the pairing I want.
