How Long?

I seperated my Buff Orp's from the rest of the flock yesterday.

How long do I have to wait to for sure know I have pure Buff Orp eggs?

Hey! Go to this post and scroll down to Mrs. Prissy's reply. There she states the amount of time to wait. I think she says 2-3 weeks but i am not sure. Hope that helps ya out.

most people say 3 weeks but i always wait 1 month

To be absolutely sure, I'd wait 4 weeks. Most of the time, fertility seems to run out about two and a half weeks, but there have been very unusual and extreme cases of the wrong rooster fathering chicks after 4 weeks separation.

Hi!
3 weeks has always been long enough *here* to get rid of the old stored sperm.
After that (and assuming the Orpington roo is mating the girls), you should have pure eggs.
