How loud are Buff Orpingtons?

On a scale from you won't hear them from the other side of the lawn to annoying the neighbors, how loud are Orpingtons?

TRUE THAT!! My buff orps are loud. Constantly singing or clucking. Many say theirs are quiet, but mine are not lol.

Luckily my neighbors haven’t a care about noise. They actually ENJOY my guineas. Guess I’m lucky

Very lucky indeed! I'm not too worried about the noise but it's something you always got to take into account!

We have had three and they have been very quiet, only one ever routinely sang an egg song. The other two were stealth layers . Maybe they were overshadowed by our very noisy Delaware. She never shuts up
