Our coop is 6x12ft coop. The chickens are all bantams. How many chickens can fit in 96sq ft? I'm having troubles figuring it out.... :/

How are you getting 96 square feet from 6x12?

For full size birds, I'd feel comfortable housing ten in there, coop and run. Some folks say you can double that for bantams--I'm not so much with that. They still need space, even if they're much smaller. I'd say not more than 15. Personally, I'd go with a dozen and leave room to add later. It's always best to have 1-2 fewer birds and a happy, healthy flock than get those few extra birds and tip over your crowding point and have miserable birds that are stressed and more susceptible to disease and parasites. Not to mention pecking and cannibalism

Now, if you're going to free range a decent amount, that number can be flexed upwards. You need to keep in mind, though, how often your birds are going to be confined to the run, and then how often they'll be confined to the coop--say due to bad weather.
