I have been trying to find coop dimensions for banams but I did find this site helpful:

they have a chart that breaks down:
bantams usually around 2.5
laying hens which are 4 to 6lb
standard chicken is 6 to 8lbs
heavy breed is 9lb and up
I myself go larger but it helps you realize all chickens are not the same
I personally feel the outside run should be larger!
