Yes, we followed some plans and then kinda went off and did our own thing for the egg boxes. They have been very helpful, except the ducks just kind of lay where ever they feel like it... Including the pool

Some folks take it too far lol!!!
I have one barred rock rooster and he was raised with the 8 pullets he shares the coop with.He goes in last no problems!But he is also a gentleman! LOL!! HE IS amazing with them! I thought the small area would cause chaos .None at all!!!
Looks crazy but they are content if they weren't they would get on a diff roost.

I do agree. Some I have 2 rabbits that live outdoor s and some people get so upset. I love them and they play in the yard almost avery day but some people would think it's cruel to keep them outside and such.

We all find our own rythm. And it appears we do best when we know our own routines!
My babies free range from 5 am to sundown. I catch alot of slack but this has worked for us for over a year now. And my animals are very happy! We do our best ! There are too many judges and not enough jury! Lol.

Oh I have 90 hens and 2000 roost spots !!!
and come night time all 90 of them will squabble over the TWO spots in the left corner, right next to the window... it never fails.

How many chickens do y'all think could fit in a coop like this? I know that the fencing is improper. It's a friend's coop.
