how many breeds come in lavander?

I'm wanting something lavander. I know many are still project breeds but what are some of the most available and where can I possibly get some eggs?

Probably old english. The variety is called self-blue.

well cochin, orpington, ameraucana are pretty avaliable i can give you a name for the ameraucana if you like ummm i think silkies might come in lavender and maybe araucana but those are either rare or expensive

Lavender orps are not pure yet, but we're getting close. There are lots of folks with project birds though, so they are becoming more readily available although if work isn't put into them, I wouldn't count on much.

From my understanding lavender ameraucana are still projects as well, but the best in those would be from John Blehm, the developer.

We are working on lavender araucana and should have nice breeding pens set up this year.

Bantam cochin, self blue oegb, silkie and I know there's another variety but can't recall it at the moment. If I think of it, I'll come back. There is also large fowl oeg in lavender, however they are pretty rare.

Ok thanks. I'm kinda leaning towards lavender Ameraucana I think. Now to just find some this spring!
