How Many Chickens do you have " Running Total"

Currently 62. 28 of them are chicks. Once I re-home to extra roos, I'll be down to 40-something, and there I will stay . . . .till next year anyway.

I keep asking DH that question and he keeps giving me different answers. One day it's 24, then 26, then 25. Wait, we just had 8 chicks hatch so it's at least 32, but did he count the broody mom... or the broody in the other coop?
I dunno... They're HIS chickens!
