How many chickens...

... can fit in a 10'x 12' coop (with a large run)?

I'm curious... since I've been going chicken crazy lately, I want to make sure I have enough room for them all. If not, some will have to go, unfortunately. But I'd rather have them comfortable than always fighting b/c they don't have enough space.

You need to allow 3-4 sq ft per bird so they aren't over crowded. So..... with 120 sq ft - that would be 30 to 40. My thoughts are that 40 would be pushing it though...
