Those will be fine. Your Araucana are actually Easter Eggers. You will most likely find them to be the shyest birds in that group.

We love our Easter eggers. both ours lay blue colored eggs. Our RIR lay the big brown eggs and a lot more than the Easters Eggers. and we have Jersey Giants that are laying the lighter almost peach color med size egg. These girls are all about 10 months old. Eggs are pictured in my avatar. I ordered 21 pullets and now have 11 laying free range hens. I did get all Hens but lost some to free ranging.

I'd plan on 6 straight run and ending up with a couple rooster, hens and rehoming a rooster or 2. But you could get lucky

FWIW Our almost Hawk patterned Easter Egger loves sitting on our shoulders.
