I think tonight I will actually crash early instead of staying up past tired like I did last night. :lau cause I’ve noticed I sleep better when I go to sleep when tired as opposed to staying up past it. Even if end up sleeping a long time in both situations, the quality of the sleep just seems to be better when it’s natural. :lau

I just did like 20 squats/lunges lol cause I was picking a ton of stuff up at a time and my feet were set apart more like lunges :lau but also squats.

Just do a normal amount like 20 or 30.
Do not pull a K dog and go crazy.

Just try it. The first week is all body weight exercises, no equipment. Pretty please. Just take walks in addition. Nothing else.

I think I’ll give it a try but idk if I’ll be able to do the entire thing at once...

I can barely even do stretches. :lau

It’s all a matter of trying!!! If you can only do 10 min today, then do 12 tomorrow!!! You will get there at your pace but you have to “push play” everyday or you’ll never accomplish anything

That’s true!! Might only be 5 at first :lau jk. But also not 😂🤣🙈 I’m gonna try to force myself to do more though. Think I’ll just hit play and start haha
