How many different breeds do you breed/work on

i had a buch breeds at one time but more i get in my showgirls less room i have to work on other breeds

I breed cream legbars. I have only had them for 2 weeks but i am really liking them. They lay blue eggs and are auto-sexing

I have at least 12 different breeds of chickens, but I'm only planning to breed one and that's my Iowa Blues. I have 8 Iowa Blue hens and 1 Iowa Blue rooster.

I'm working with Delawares and expect to work with Lavender Orps in the spring. While they are nice I have nicer blacks. I have Buffs and White orps but they're very nice and not much to do there. I also have a nice BBS hen so I intend to breed her to a black. The BBS is from AL but the orps are from Hinkjc. I also have BR's and I expect to hatch and cull. I also will breed some EE's but just to get a line of colored egg layers. Blue and Green can be had with EE's. I see no sense in Legbars since I can get blue from EE/ Amer crosses.

Delawares are not as popular as I'd like but they are great layers, even in the winter.

I work to breed a hearty line. Hybrids lay well but from what I've read have more problems. I can't see having a line and having to keep a bunch of meds.
