No duck eggs. I did get a total of 4 a few weeks ago then nothing since. These girls believe in nice long vacations all expenses paid.

One thing i did different with this fence was that i started to build at the highest point, so that i had to move the heavy spool of chicken wire downhill.

Rinse and repeat. When I start getting 2 blue eggs a day I will contact @Magnolia Ducks . Our Cayugas did not lay black eggs last year. I am hoping they will this year.

Yes I want those eggs. I had 5 drakes out of the last batch. Kept two. Killed by dogs. Thought I would just order some replacements. 30$ for day olds. So if my tolouse geese have babies I'll trade you for black runner eggs.

Yes, Metzer Farms sent me their new catalogue for this year and my heart sank, my beloved White Layer dux now $16.81 per female. Two years ago they were $13.45 and in 2019 just $6.56…

It's why I got a incubator with 60 duck eggs in it and one goose egg, about to go for 3rd incubator and have all goose eggs in it.

A friend 3d printed me a goose egg turner for my Nuture right. Hope I need it. I hadn't collected eggs in 3 days because I was getting 1 or 2 a day. Its spring! 23 eggs today.

I'm just turning mine by hand 4 to 6 times a day. Will know in few days if anything is growing I hope.
