Another egg today in the same nest. Good looking egg. 3 perfect eggs in 3 days at the darkest time of year? Well, that’s not old duck behavior. Sooo, it must be Daisy, Apollo, or Bubbles! Daisy was, by far, the first to quack. Apollo was the first to hatch and the first to swim. However, Bubbles has what could possibly be a small lady duck-like curve in her abdomen.

One again today. I asked the young ladies who it belonged to, and both Apollo and Bubbles clearly seemed to recognize it as an egg that had been stolen. Daisy seemed indifferent. So, I think I’ve narrowed it down to Apollo or Bubbles.
