How many Ducks does everyone have.

Pics
12 pekins + 2 rouen hens = 14

3724+14=3738

(oops, posted too slowly and should have quoted the next post, so I've adjusted my math below ... )

I have 2 year-old Rouen mix,
They had 2 ducklings last October,
The older one has 1 wee duckling now,
I bought 2 Pekin, a few months old
Have 6 young Khakie Campbell
and 8 young Indian Runner still in the brooder house.

That's 21 added to the 3743 = 3764

(with all this Duck experience, we should have some really excellent info on keeping ducks here ... anyone able to suggest some good links?)

3 mallards, 1 black Swedish, 1 silver appleyard, 1 crested Rouen, 1 khaki campbell, 1 mystery duck (WHx?), 2 magpies (blue and black), and 4 various runners (two are questionable..) SHEW! = 14

14 + 3766? = 3780. wow!

What kind of links are you looking for?

What kind of links are you looking for?

Links to concise threads full of practical advice about how to raise and keep happy, healthy ducks. Even figuring out how to water ducks seems like a science. And when I've asked people about watering ducks, that's what they tell me, "It's a science," which isn't very informative. Being new to ducks it isn't that easy to even figure out what questions to ask or what to search for.

We have 7 Swedes (which are actually Rouen/Sweedish cross) 5 ladies and 2 drakes
and a pair of Black East Indies. Any day now though we will be swimming in ducklings....

(My two Pekin ducks told me yesterday they would rather live with the turkeys than the other ducks. I think my turkey coop is nicer than my duck habitat. I need to get cracking on the duck paradise.)
