We had our first eggS today!!! Sandy our sparkly Italian laid 2 eggs this afternoon. She is 6-wks-old. She was singing afterwards.
The sweet thing is today is my 1year olds birthday. There is a lot of life and love in our house.

The easiest way for sexing is checking the neck of quail.If its neck is spotted with some small dots,so its female.Or if its neck unspotted or spotted but the color is red.Then it is male.

What about a bird with only a few red spots on its front. Is that a male or female?
