Longer answer:
I've got 4 mature girls I got from a farm getting rid of the hens due to cost and the dang Texas heat this year. Of the 4, 2 produce regularly, of the other 2 off and on. My other 3 are young banties and one produces once every 3-4 days and nothing from the other 2 yet. So, good day 4, normal day 2. I'm hoping the much cooler weather improves the production.
