6 Chicken egg's and + 1 broken egg I do believe the crows got the free range chicken egg's today as I only got an egg shell and normally I get 2 from the two RIR girls .....



It was 109 F but with cloud cover the humidity was murder and 4 chicken eggs hatched out today in the incubator so I have some more critters to add to the brooder Wednesday when I take them out ........ Still waiting on the Guinea egg's and that will be two more weeks ........

So far, only 5 today but it's 100 degrees F and it's only 1:00 p.m. Planning a quiche and a nice salad for dinner tonight!

1/5 again with nothing yesterday. The girls are now aprox 4 months old...or starting on their 19th week...the two other SL's look like they should be ready to lay when you look at their red faces and combs and wattles but nothing so far!

Three again, but I'm suspecting we might get 5 tomorrow as the Marans is looking more and more like she's about to start laying.
