Only 6 made it to the kitchen intact. Put one in my pocket and forgot about it while working in the yard. Bent down and heard a *SNAP*

What the?......Oh yeah, there was an egg in there!

At least it was still warm!

2/4. My new rooster (a little black silkie puff-ball) just came of age and had been unsuccessfully trying to mount my full grown non-bantam hens. So my ladies have been busy and stressed out. The poor rooster should not hold his head so high tonight either.
