3/11 today. I think I angered them by stripping the whole coop yesterday to treat for mites and now they're on strike. I found the remains of one egg on the poop board this morning. WTG girls, I think you missed.
The storm today probably didn't help either.
I gave them a pep talk about how I expect more from them and how we're all going to try to be a little bit better tomorrow. I tried to get high fives to seal the deal (high wing?) but they ran away from me.
No team spirit.
In other, more serious news, my littlest Ancona girl Ophelia (24 weeks old) was exploring the nesting box. Hopefully I'll see her first eggs in the next couple of days.
