I am jealous. I only get 1 or 2 out of 13 hens! This has been going on for a while now. We thought it was too crowded in the coop so we built a new coop last summer, no improvement. Then we thought maybe we had too many roos so we put down 3 out of 7 (we really did have too many) two months ago, no luck still. We moved the boxes, no luck, we built more boxes, no luck, we elevated the boxes, no luck!!!!!

I wonder if it is the birds, they came from the same breeder and the only two that seem to lay are the ones that did not come from that run of chicks!

Any thoughts?
