Thanks. Yes, it's very stressful and a lot of work. Either the rooms are way too small, they don't have any available, they don't offer the right level of care, they don't accept couples.... the list goes on and on. We do have a couple of other places that we are checking into. My brother is suppose to take both my parents tomorrow to see a place that sounds like it has one of the bigger "apartments" and includes a walk in closet and even has 1 available. Plus it is just about 30 minutes away from my house and about 30 minutes away from my niece's house. Also, it is about $1,000 less a month than some of the others and seems to offer the right level of care. Fingers crossed that my parents like it and that the pass the health assessment needed to get in.
