Last three days have been 6 from 6 layers. Love them six-pack days. Fairly sure I still have two freeloaders. To be continued...

Yea no doubt. They love me lol. Now that the weather has lifted they really started crankin them out. The two days before that were 5 egg days and they were at the end of a 10 day rainy period. Crazy little productive ladies!

I cleaned up our hay from throughout the run hoping find one of those hidden nests from the "freeloaders" lol. Guess I'll have to wait until our little ones have grown up a bunch and started laying! xD

YAY i got my 1st egg today!!! i was so excited i ran in to tell my husband before i even got it out of the coop!

I got 22/32 How ever my brat toy poodle Smokey (AKA The Sneak) stole the bowl that I had the first 9 eggs that I collected this morning, walked out of the room for just a minute well maybe about 5mins and came back the bowl was gone, I new immediately who got them, went running in the living room and there was smokey, pippen (toy poodle) Sallie (black Lab) and cinnomon (chocolate lab) Sallies 11 year old Daughter. All looking at me with surprise in there eyes, Luckily I have no carpeting in the livingroom because all the eggs were smashed on the floor. None of the other dogs would dream of stealing anything off of the table but they are not opposed to eating stolen goods. when I came in the room everybody stopped eating and stepped away from the evidence, everybody but smokey that is! He grabbed some of the egg and ran fast as his little legs would carry him behind the couch, If I didn't love that boy I would wring his scrawny little neck!! So long story short I ended up with 13 eggs today.

2/8. The Blue Andalusian hasn't missed a day yet, and I caught one of the EE's almost in the act of laying, so I know which one is laying. I also spotted the not-yet-laying EE checking out the nest boxes, so it should be any day now.
