How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

If you have an EE that starts laying at 21 weeks or so - congrats! Mine have started at about 23 weeks at the earliest.
Mine also all about 23 weeks and have 17 of them
One of my EE squatted for me today which I never thought I would get them to slow down enough to do that! Both their combs are really getting red and both have been interested in the nest boxes (none actually going in, just poking their heads in). One of my buff brahma bantams actually went into a nest box and hung out for a minute but no egg yet. Here are the EE's combs that I took today. I'm 2/17 today.

Any day now!!!! Then you get to find out what shades of blue or green they lay :D
I can’t even wait!!!! I mean I can. Lol. But I’m pumped! Not that I’d be disappointed but I’m really hoping for green eggs. I keep reading about people who are getting brown eggs. Lol! I have a little EE bantam that barely has any pink on her comb. So I probably won’t see anything from her for a while. Here she is.

She's very pretty. Comb looks red in the pictures but computer screen colors can be deceiving. To date I've had 6 EEs. 2 lay/laid blue, one a darker green though not olive and 3 green.
Shoot. I think you’re right! Lol. I barely noticed, her comb has been always barely pink and in those pictures she does look like she is getting red! Lol. Ooh! Those are some good odds to get green or blue eggs. :fl I’ll post on here when I do get one.
