How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

4/4 again! My silly little silkie Doris the fluffball is amazing me with how many eggs I'm getting!

Staying with a steady 1 a day. Today's looks just like the white rock so either layed 2 in a row or her sis is laying identical.
Raining out- poor things looked like drowned rats.

8/9 today. Hubs threatened to make the hold out stand in the corner with the bbq

6 so far new layed another but as stupid white dog was after her

I have a broody that I think started sitting April 1st while I was on vacation. I thought I'd have some chicks by now. But so far nothing. I did see some egg shells and thought that 2 had hatched, but I can't find them.
I'm giving her a few more days and then I'm going to have to chase her out. I haven't seen her off the nest the whole time! I know she is getting off though because the nest box is clean ( no poo).

Hopefully in the next day or 2 I will get some brand new fluffy chicks!!

I have 4 Silky raising two peeps 1 marans 1 creme legbar pullet think both may be but have a ameracauna pullet that went broody about 3 months ago moved her to Silky land second room she is doing a great job so far

she stays busy now but pops in from time to time lets us know she is still with us

26 Eggs Today, 2 eggs was laid after 7pm, it was on 60s and sunny unbelievable! It’s finally spring weather.

We are actually getting nice weather out here also
