17/19 from my girls today ,the weather here is totally miserable,after wading through the mud .slush,and chicken leftovers,to feed ,gather eggs,chat with my girls,,I am still smiling???chicken people must be totally nuts,,,

11/17 today getting there been getting a egg a day more since the reduction in the flock.

My 26 hens (hatched August 9, 2009) laid 26 eggs for me today! They have been working up to it this past week with 20, 21 etc. This is a flock of heavy brown egglayers from My Pet Chicken. Great girls!

I got 5 out of 9 today. Some of my girls are still moulting. It's raining here today in the high desert but the girls and Daddy'O don't seem to mind.
