How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I only got 1 egg today but it was my second ever!! Forgot to post on my first egg day...

39 Eggs yesterday and blank blank today, I think I need counseling, it’s revealing how many chickens I’d been hoarding. Wife doesn’t even know how many chickens we got since she haven’t been out in the 2 coops during winter.

Really BF keeps telling me naw you don't have that many.. he lets them out in the morning I am like okay then need more he says sure

have 22 hens in laying mode. got 12 eggs

What kind of Marans are they? That’s pretty sad, maybe genetic problems? My black Copper Marans are my strongest chicks and chickens very robust, I still have to 3 from my original (since 2015) and the ones that hatched 2 yrs ago from a $24 egg, mothered 15+ of my Marans layers now and hatching 10 from her offspring with different BCMarans rooster.

Two were labled " Cuckoo Marans" and the other 2 are "Midnight Majesty Maran". The picture of the midnight ones show that they will be an all black adult and the Cuckoo Maran will be black and white.
All I have left of the Marans now are the 3 Midnight Majesty Marans that I bought on Friday because I was losing the others. They came from the same hatch/pen as the first 2, so we'll see how they do.

I got 13 eggs today.

By the way 6 from main coop 1 from silky gave 3 to the silky one from my olive girl one from a blue layer one from cuckoo marans may give them two more if my older EE lay any tomorrow will add those

I have 20 Black Australorp hens. Yesterday I got 17 eggs. So far today I have got 12 chicken eggs. I also have 6 Muscovy duck hens, 3 of which haven't started laying yet. Yesterday I got 2 duck eggs and today I got 3.

Total # of eggs today: 17 chicken eggs and 3 duck eggs.

We had a winter storm roll through over the weekend and egg production dropped off. They hate the snow apparently. They were up to 30 eggs/day, dropped to 21 on Friday. Ended up with 25 eggs yesterday. Snow on the ground again today, but warming up and will be mud soon.

12 eggs this morning, probably a few more when I get home. Lost a game hen today from illness, all the rest are healthy. Down to 17 hens. Does anyone else have trouble fitting their eggs in an egg carton? I have to cut the tops out of the cartons to get some of the jumbo+ eggs to fit.

I was planning to cull a few of my layers that are 3-4 yrs old but they suddenly keep on laying, from single digit count in the winter to 46 Eggs Today.

I got 29 chicken and 1 turkey today. They are getting back on track.
