8 today, 5 from the pens and 3 from the carriers. Got 6 girls transferred to the look don't touch double cage today. That leaves 4 in the carriers now.

i got 9 eggs today out of 10 hens that should be laying at this time woohooo.

I got 7 eggs out of 4 hens. That's normal for them, they had 2 over 2 before. one of them just laid 1 egg. I wonder who among them

One of the hens still isn't sure if she wants to lay yet so it'll be 6 if she doesn't lay today. That hen keeps going in and out of the nesting box but won't lay.

Have you tried squeezing her? I find that works just fine. (no really so...)
