7 but one was a shell less, so I think my final pullet laid the shell less egg and four of the pullets took the day off. I've been getting max eggs everyday for almost a week now, so a little rest probably needed.

10 from 12 but 7 of them are battery rescues so I think they are doing pretty well!

Like 8 or 9 months.
They're barnyard mixes. American game + orpington. But I think heavier on the game. So not a layer breed really.

That might be why because I had a meat hen ( TSC sold me meaties instead of layers) and she didn't lay an egg until 8 months old

Most of my girls are either molting or taking their winter sabbatical. The only ones laying are this year's pullets
