Woah! How many hens do you have? Do you sell eggs somewhere?

At the moment I'm down to 50 hens and 3 roosters. This past spring I was up over 100 I sell some, give some away... and eat A LOT

For a moment I actually had more chickens than you! Mine weren’t all layers though. Counting all my layers and young ones I had 58 before I sold those last ones Monday. Down to 47 all total now.

We had those days last year. I’m hoping with my young pullets already laying that won’t happen again.
