Someone help me I'm overrun with eggs. What do you do with all of them?? I can't bake this much!?! I'm getting ten a day from my hens who are still laying through the cold.

I've got some neighbors hooked up to sell eggs to! We would have eggs everyday but there are peeps in the family who can't eat eggs. I've resorted to giving extras to the dog for his breakfast lol.

Over the summer my girls laid like crazy i was handing about 24 eggs our every week.

You can pickle them…
put them in compost or garden beds as fertilizer
give away
sell them
offer fertilized hatching eggs for sale
crack them open scramble and freeze for future use
make custards
quiche

It has been cold so they slowed, but recently it warmed up a bit and I got 12 eggs out of 14 hens.

Below are my colors from a few days collecting...

I like how a white egg makes all the other colors pop.
(If you think you see a gray egg, you are right, there are actually light and a dark gray in this group. The 2 upper trays in the middle are the light gray eggs.)
