19 from our 19 Gold Comets!!! 100% day!!! Way to go, Gals!!! They got a treat of leftover vegetable noodle soup and they went crazy over it. You'd think they'd never eaten before the way they went after it.

I know this is off subject but as I announced recently we got our first beehive set up a couple of weeks ago and I just wanted to brag a bit. Teresa loaded them up and we went back in after about five days to check to make sure the queen had gotten out of her cell and sure enough, she had. In just a few days the workers had already drawn out large portions of three frames and were readying the hive for the queen to start laying. They are working their hinies off coming and going. They come in loaded down with pollen and I'm sure nectar and leave out again to go get another load. We're going to add another four hives this year and we hope to have as many as twenty by the end of next year. It's like keeping chickens: You can't have just one!!!
