I got my first egg yesterday out of 1 of my 4 bantam mixes! I'm so eggcited and it's so small and cute. 1 day shy of 21 weeks.

11 from the big girls .. all the extra from hatches cockerel went to auction so banty land is 4 birds pullets all 4 of them had 3 there tonight

I got my first egg ever today, and it was actually 3! I bought an 8-12 month old Silkie a month ago and were growing worried she hadn’t laid an egg since moving. We were going away for the weekend, and I had a feeling she would start laying over the weekend. In 3.5 days, she laid 3 eggs!

I have 1 layer and and 5 pullets born in mid-April. Soon I will be overrun with eggs and am very excited about it!
