I made scrambled eggs to make into sandwiches if they wanted, cheater Bob Evans mashed potatoes, and mix veggies.

Our #3 daughter in Connecticut (1,200+ miles away) ordered a KFC dinner x 2 for Hubby's birthday. Our grandson delivered them.

That must have been a nice surprise.

I think we'll have some clam chowder tonight, but we will be going out for lunch at a new local restaurant, so we shall see how hungry we are.

Family dinner night calls for something special....tonight will be four cheese manicotti with homemade Italian herb and cheese stuffed bread and green beans. Need to get the sauce started...I love the way my house smells when I cook all day

I'll be heating up some of the leftover gnocchi Sorrentina.
If I'm feeling ambitious I might pick up some lettuce and make a salad. I haven't had a salad in months...
