I collected 6 eggs today from my 10 hens, but one is going broody, so she is setting on her eggs, and whatever eggs the others may lay in that box.

4 hens, 4 eggs, but my DeKalb should lay white and we haven’t seen a single white yet. Unknown of she’s too old or too young as they’re second hand birds and their last owner didn’t keep track.

no that’s not a type o How did I get 8 eggs from 7 hens,
I know I gathered all the eggs yesterday,
So here’s the reasons there could be 8 eggs!
1. My new rooster is a hen!
2. One of my hens laid 2 eggs!
I sure hope what I thought was a rooster is a rooster!
