How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

4 today. I think my ladies may be getting too hot during the day. Today I started putting some ice in their water and giving some frozen blueberries as a treat. I have 8 ladies that will be 22 weeks old tomorrow, so I don't think all of them are laying yet.

7 yesterday! One was a soft-shell, but my Marans is laying again! No where near her dark speckled color, but the super light tan with dark speckles she painted was pretty cool!

Six today; 9 yesterday from 10 layers - usually average about 8 a day, even in this scorching Texas heat. My Australorps are troopers. Fans and open vents help to keep the air moving, but it still hot air. Lord - please provide some relief!

All three of my jumbo quail have started laying! They seem to all do it around 6pm, which makes collecting very convenient.
