One from Betty yesterday .. not even the rain put her off laying in her fave garden spot. None from her two lay-about daughters - they only laying periodically, when the mood strikes them.

I got 4 eggs yesterday.
125g egg from my skinny Isa Brown girl - B, short for Basil . She is at the front of the photo. Poor girl. My heart ache to see such a big egg comes out of such a tiny body.
Yes, this time it is double yorks, but other time just single york.

I love those names!

Thanks! My girls are all named after months in various languages. I planned to have a flock of twelve, but now that we’ve decided to stick with just six we’re not going to end up with a full calendar after all. It makes the naming scheme sort of pointless, but I love their names anyway
