It's a 4 egg day... but the REAL news is that 3 of those were from our 3 FBCMs- the first guarantee that all three are laying!! Nice dark brown eggs from a mid-June hatch.
Only our other 2 spring chickens (RIR) are laying. The old gals are still in a bad molt but looking better. The July/August hatch of orps are not yet laying.

7 from 20 today ... looks like 1 of the older hens needs to be culled acting strange stands hunched over all day does eat and drink a little but looks sick.

5 yesterday (but 2 froze, was away from home and left the teenagers home to collect eggs, they forgot a few), 3 today.

3 yesterday - redoing the coop put the ladies out of nest boxes during the noisy part. (don't know if the yard got any)
6 today, back on schedule, more than I expected with winter weather.
