How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

5 out of 9 layers, 4 pullets still holding out and my RIR big girls just don't want to lay any eggs lately

Out of 22 girls I have had no eggs since September.

I think it's time to get new chickens.

23/30...I have a pullet who recently started laying who is now in the hospital pen recovering from prolapse. She is doing well though.

23 from our 29 GC's today! When I went out to let them out this morning at 7:15 there were already a dozen eggs in the layer boxes. There were also 29 squawking hens wanting out of the coop too!

I have a Barred plymouth....she layed her first egg on dec. 23. She layed about 5 eggs last week this week nothin...I know she is still young but is this normal? How long does it usually take for a chicken to lay reguarly?
