Because my 4 yr old pushed the basket off the counter...completely full of eggs. 20+ eggs. It was a super productive day...super clean eggs. Smashed all over my tile floor. Holy Hannah, as my aunt would say. Grrrrrrr

UGH! Been there, done that( or something similar anyway!) That's when you grit your teeth and scream or ...try not to!

The egg container in our fridge is just a loose bin that is retained by a tiny lip on the door shelf. The rim of the bin is almost the height of the top of the door. On 3 occasions over about 10 years I would open the door and sweep my hand to get something out of the fridge and slap the bin onto the floor with horrid results.

All of a sudden, I'm getting a lot of eggs. Longer days make all the difference.
