Well my rhode island red finally gave me an egg. Almost a year to the day....someone else on this list noted the same had happened to them . Very happy

I keep oyster shell down for them and have it spread in the run to. Could it be the thunder from the other night? I received the wheaten eggs and went ahead and set them to hatch for the 16th. 10 eggs in the incubator, let's hope I have a great hatch.
