I picked up my girls on the 20th. They told me they were 18 weeks old. We got 2 eggs this week. One in the run and one under the roost in a catch pan with litter. Cant get them to lay in nesting boxes yet. Hope they start soon.

do you have fake eggs in the nest boxes in a nice pile of bedding?

I put one in each 6 boxes. They were kept inside all day wed and tore up the boxes. Kicked the plastic eggs out of the boxes. All of them.

Are the nests private enough? You could try curtains.

Maybe just put one or two eggs in one nest. Perhaps they don't feel that any one nest is "perfect" and there's too many choices and they get confused?
