How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

7/10 + Scout. Love it now that I have 2 EE out of my 4 laying regularly again! Woo hoo! Gotta give the Marans and the Red Sex Links credit - they never stopped laying all winter, no matter how bad the weather was.

Tntchix. Thank you. I consider all as blessings
I hv 15 w 13 laying
Looking forward to the 15 day
My last two are Frizzy also, one smooth feather and one ruff backwards one. I'm going to have to build her a ramp to the nest boxes. Lol.

The posted ones are good looking chickens

AAAWWW...are you waiting for some new girls to lay their first eggs? Waiting is so hard. Or are you wanting Cream legbars?
They were on a roll (they were up to 16) -we got that last snowpile and they stopped dead at 5. It will pick back up soon. I would absolutely some love Cream Legbars and Arkansas Blues.

Welcome to byc! I got two eggs today, one of them was cracked because it froze, which I threw away. The other one is not cracked but probably also frozen. Can I eat the not cracked one or should I toss it to? Just wondering if you or anyone else would know.
If you don't want to eat them, you could always cook them up and feed them back to your girls. I have done that before when the fridge froze a bunch of eggs I had boiled for my kids...my birds went crazy over them!

20/39 today

AAWW....I hate when that happens!!! I had been averaging 20-22 a day, but dropped to 17 today for unk reasons, we did not have any snow pile like you, but it's been dark and rainy for what seems to be an eternity. I want spring and sunshine sooooooooooo bad.......sigh.......where's my bag of dove chocolates.....??? Oh, there it is.....working my way through it...

I have 3 old Cream Legbar hens who are about done laying and am trying to hatch more CLB pullets. I only have 2 pullets right now that are laying, as soon as it warms up, I want to try replenishing the flock with them.

I will have to google Arkansas blues, I've never heard of them.

I looked it up, and I want me some Arkansas blues too!!!!!
