How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Oh don't get me wrong these girls I have, I will still have when they die of old age or I do. Right now it will be a toss up who goes first.
I had had about 2 weeks of each day anywhere from 11 to 13 a day and 2 days with14. This 9 sort of threw it off.
I always like to say something when I put my eggs for the day and today I said that!
Tomorrow will be hectic because I watch my 1 yr old grandson all day so not much time with the girls.

Thirteen eggs well no final count in the fridge is three after the egg basket got knocked over with the other ten in it. Ugh. Lol

Temp 57F degrees 0 clouds 0 winds just a nice winters day in Death Valley

I got 5 (of 12) today from 5 different breeds. I should have gotten a 2nd olive egg but caught a naughty girl carrying a crushed egg out of a nesting box with my trail cam. Bad girl! She's one of my new layers. I hope it doesn't become a habit. My easter egger laid her first egg of the year today. I have another easter egger that lays light green that should be starting back up soon too.

5/6 chickens and 1/2 ducks yesterday. So far 1 duck egg this morning. She must lay in the middle of the night or something because it's cold by the time I find it at 6 am to give them all breakfast. Let's hope for another productive day for my chickens!!
