I wish I knew myself! Mine seem to go in cycles of good weeks and not so good.
I go out every morning and talk to them and give them some sort of treat. Make sure their water and food is good and go back doing what ever I am doing.
Will go to check on them 2, 3 or more times in the day before I let them out to do some free ranging before roost time.
That's it! That's all I do. Every so often my wife will go out and visit them, and they seem to like that.
This is only the 2nd time they have all laid. That being said there is or are 3 Delawares in with the original 14 who should be laying any day now. I don't think they have yet though.
