Where I'm at we are sweating in the high 80s-low90s for the start of the week but forecasts call for mid 50s by the weekend. Just to bounce back up next week.
No rain for weeks either. Weird I know with that hurricane passing so close but it sucked all the rain away.

We were out of town Friday to Sunday night. Over the 3 days we were gone, we got 91 from 35 layers. We may leave them home alone more often.

I know right? I'm beginning to wonder if I have to buy some welsummer or other kind of dark brown layers

lol I was thinking about welsummer too. My darkest layer decided to be a roo:/
Our newer layers are really pretty eggs but lighter brown.

It was mid 80s in Ohio today and same for tomorrow then thunderstorms rest of week.
Our girls only laid 10 eggs again. I believe that's due to new layers-2 buff orpingtons and 2 new australorps. no reason for only 1 EE:/
