How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

@Spartan22 I hope you didn't get any hail damage!

I only got 9 eggs today. I do have 2 hens who are broody, another hen that I think is laying her egg in the neighbor's hay bales and another who has gone feral and I have no idea where she is hiding her egg.

one of our cats had surgery to fix a broken hip. He is not quite 1 1/2 years old. Not sure how he broke it, our guess is he jumped out of a tree that was too far up. But I guess we'll never know for sure.

Found our first egg in the coop this morning but don't know if it was laid yesterday or today.
1/5
Edit: I found two more eggs today, make that 2/5. Pretty sure the first was from yesterday.

Can't wait for eggs!! My girls are 11 weeks old so I've got a bit of a wait yet!

Waiting for the first egg is always the hardest! Be patient, before long you won't even remember how long you have had chickens!!:lau

Is white child the name of your hen? The pallet pathway is a good idea.

I got 13 eggs today. We had to take our cat back to the vet today. He managed to get out of "the collar of shame" and remove 3 out of 5 of his stitches. The vet put in 8 staples instead.
