Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! For the first time ever....I got 5 eggs out of my 6 hens! That means my baby Peach is also laying since one old biddy is still recovering from molt. I've got 2 young hens and I wasn't positive they were both laying until today!

5/8 Let everyone out today as it was nice and sunny 63 no wind. Making egg salad to have at work This week 18 eggs for my wife,my self and a co-worker. We put Rosemary, onions, mayonnaise , Mustard, just a pinch of garlic and salt and pepper. Your favorite cracker.. and its all good.

Eight again today from my 13 twenty five week old Barred Rocks. I’m happy to say that I was able to let them free range and still all but one egg was in a nest.
