68 grams isn't all that big. I have several girls that lay that or bigger routinely. Of course I don't know what breeds you have. I wouldn't want my little Exchequer Leghorns to put out one that big. At the moment, big for Mint is 46 grams (1.63 oz).

Based on color, I think it was one of the pullets, which are Australorps and Naked Necks. My guess is one of the Aussie girls.
I routinely get this size from my RIRs but they're a year old. The others I know didn't lay that egg are an EE and a Welsummer. I suppose it could have been my Aussie hen, but it's not the right color or shape.
