2 eggs today, one the same level of dark I got before. Ordered my camera to be able to figure out who isn't laying.

I think AC's only 2 'virtues' are ease of use for the prepackaged 'slices' and the fact that it melts very easily.

The stuff is also indestructible. That and twinkies will get you through an apocalypse, but not much further. It was a popular lunchbox sandwich when I was a kid, maybe that's what's wrong with me . Years ago, we used to get squirt cans of Cheez Whiz and feed it to the reef fish and stingrays while diving. I feel bad about that now, I hope there were no long lasting effects!

Well 4 this morning cannot eat the fake cheese for nothing grew up on it as Ma was trying to feed 3 kids no help we all lived never to eat the garbage again

We decided to remove the Jubilee Orpington roo from the flock. He is beautiful, but huge and mean as a rattler. He has the hens all beat up and attacks anything that moves, including us. I have a home for him and they know what they are getting. Today he was so fired up the hens were crowded on the top roost bar in the coop to get away from him.

Have 20 for laying hens averaging a dozen and a half a day more when they get busy however we just sectioned off a section of the yard to keep them out of the front so that maybe we can have grass LOL the girls seem most distressed and keep testing the fence they'll get over it and when they do a production will pick up again there's also 12 more birds waiting to come online in a couple of months

9/17 today. I’m pretty sure one is one of the buff Brahma bantams! It’s so tiny.

Donner laid a 2nd fairy egg (yolk-less). And now all 3 girls have managed today to lay in the bucket Dasher found under the ladder. This won't do at all since am sure it was a miracle the eggs didn't get broken! Donner is bigger than the bucket.

So I have 12 laying hens through the winter I was getting 3-5 eggs a day and I thought that was good. And it started warming up a little bit and I began getting 9 to 10 eggs a day for about a week. Kind of back to normal. Then it got cold again and I have not gotten a single egg for 3 weeks does anybody have any suggestions.
